Content Innovation Specialist – R&D (Full-Time / Non-Teaching)

Corporate clients – global companies (content development role, not classroom teaching)

Role & Responsibilities

Content Development
Generate ideas and create 100% original learning content for online and offline programs, textbooks, and courses
Instructional Design
Collaborate with the Program Architect and Project Manager on syllabus, course configuration, and content mapping
Audio / Video
Participate in script writing, editing, and production of audio/video recordings
Workshops & Seminars
Plan, develop, and conduct workshops/presentations in English and Korean for staff and clients

Requirements

Language
Native-level mastery of written and spoken English; bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Writing Skills
Outstanding grammar, proofreading, editing, and revision skills; extremely detail-oriented
Experience
Prior teaching experience and/or ESL curriculum development experience required
Education
BA or MA in TESOL, Education, English, Linguistics, Journalism, or Translation
Tech Skills
MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation & Housing

Monthly Salary
2.7 Million KRW+
Higher salary possible based on qualifications and experience
