  • Teacher Mentoring: Oversee onboarding for new native instructors, deliver feedback, and audit instruction quality.
  • Substitute Coverage: Directly cover lessons smoothly in the event of any faculty absence.
  • Department Operations: Manage the foreign teacher division and collaborate efficiently with Korean administrators.
