Meten International Education Group, also known as Meten English, was established in 2006 with the sole purpose of offering the English language to English learners. Based in Mainland China, the first center opened in Chongqing back in 2006. Since then METEN ENGLISH has expanded to over 130 centers in over 32 cities such as (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Foshan, Beijing, Suzhou, Xiamen, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Wuhan) throughout China, with over 7,000 teaching and administrative employees including 350 Foreign English teachers and 400 local Chinese English teachers. Meten English Job Description
○ Start date: year-round
○ Student type: Teenagers and adults
○ 25 teaching hours and 10 office hours per week
○ Working 5 days a week(weekends included) and 2 days off
○ Two types of work shift (Lunch/Dinner break time included)
→ Day shift: 9AM – 5PM / Evening shift: 1PM – 9PM
○ Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students.
○ Make lesson plan according to the level of each class.
○ Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc..
○ Fulfill student activities with other colleagues.
Compensation
○ Competitive salary between 18,000-25,000rmb per month
○ Housing allowance between 1500-4,000rmb per month
○ Quarterly performance bonus of 2,500rmb
○ Flight allowance up to 8,000rmb
○ Contract renew bonus of 3,000-6,000rmb

Requirements for working at Menten English
○ Bachelor’s degree or above
○ TEFL/TESOL certificate
○ English Native Speaker (Native English speaker from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or USA)
○ Age between 22-55
